  • No Outside Products: Bringing in outside cigars or beverages into the lounge is strictly prohibited.
  • Cancellation: All membership cancellations must be reviewed and accepted by an administrator. Unauthorized or repeat cancellations may be denied.

💳 Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the customer through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no future recurring charges will be applied.

Due to the nature of membership and subscription services, previously charged subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
