To comply with federal and state laws, UptownCigars.com only serves individuals who are 21 years of age or older. As part of our registration process, we may collect a government-issued photo ID to verify your age and eligibility to purchase tobacco products. All ID images are securely stored and used strictly for age verification purposes.

This data is used to verify age, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Your data will never be sold or shared outside of service-related platforms (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers).

👤 Membership Terms

  • Admin Approval: All membership applications are subject to review and approval by Uptown Cigar management.
  • Monthly Perks: Members receive 5 free cigars
  • Exclusive Discount: Members enjoy 10% off all in-store purchases.
  • Lounge Access: Free access to our members-only lounge and exclusive events.
  • No Outside Products: Bringing in outside cigars or beverages into the lounge is strictly prohibited.
  • Cancellation: All membership cancellations must be reviewed and accepted by an administrator. Unauthorized or repeat cancellations may be denied.

💳 Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, except in the case of damage or incorrect items.

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
